ARDOR Chili Olive Oil
ARDOR is a 100% Chili Olive Oil from Brightland. ARDOR is lovingly blended with red chili peppers, jalapeno peppers, chipotle peppers, paprika, and heirloom Arbosana olives and harvested early by a master miller onsite in a certified organic mill.
Brightland's rigorous standards mean tastier, healthier oils; they aim for each bite to leave you shining a little brighter. Olive oil is energizing, brain powering, nervous system supporting, beautifying, and immunity building.

ARDOR's label was crafted in collaboration with New York-based artist Marleigh Culver, and was inspired by summer heat, dawn and dusk of Southern California, and the artist's Thai heritage.

Brightland was born out of a desire for better, more honest food production - and a deep belief in the land and what it provides. Owner, Aishwarya Iyer's ancestors were salt farmers in South India; the land provided for them, and in turn they provided salt for people in the South. It’s a beautiful cycle when left untouched.
