Macramé Wall Hanging with Savvie Studio - 8/5
Learn how to create a beautiful macrame wall hanging for your home or as a gift.
Macramé is believed to have originated with 13th-century Arab weavers. These artisans knotted the excess thread and yarn along the edges of hand-loomed fabrics into decorative fringes on bath towels, shawls, and veils.
During this workshop, you will create your own macrame wall hanging to take home. You will also take home the skills needed to keep creating macrame art at home.
The class will be taught by Savannah of Savvie Studio and hosted by Gifted. Savannah is an artist and maker based out of Denton, Texas.
