How long does it take to process my order?
All completed orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted on the website. Orders placed by 5pm are shipped out the next business day.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed, your package will be shipped out from our Fort Worth, Texas HQ with the shipping speed you selected at checkout. Please see the below guide for shipping times:
- Free standard ground shipping for orders over $75: 2-8 days
- First-Class Mail: 2-3 days
- Priority Mail: 1-3 days
- Priority Mail Express: Overnight guaranteed
Can you rush my order?
We will do our absolute best! We understand that sometimes time can get the best of us, and you really need an order rushed to be delivered by a certain time. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after your make your purchase with the title "RUSH ORDER" and we will do our best to help you out any way we can!
Returns + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We take great care in curating the products we bring to you as well as examining each piece as they arrive at our HQ. It is our joy to bring new and unique gifts into your home and the homes of the ones you love. If for some reason, you find that the product is not what you expected, we understand. We request that you return your product within 14 days of receipt in its unused condition and original packaging. Once the product is received and examined, we will issue you a store credit or a full refund. The only products exempt from returns or exchanges are books, magazines, perishable goods and personal skincare.
Can I exchange an item if it was sent to me as a gift?
Sure! We will work with you to ensure you leave our store with something you really love as your gift giver intended. Please email us at email@example.com with the title "GIFT RETURN" and we will guide you through the process of exchanging your gift.
When does my store credit expire?
Does money expire? We are happy to honor your store credit as long as you'd like.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes! We spent a lot of time designing a special wrapping concept to ensure your loved one feels like the special person they are when they receive your gift. We are happy to offer our gift wrapping services for a fee of $10. Your wrapped gift will include a white branded box with the items nestled in crinkle paper inside. We will wrap each gift with premium french paper, hand-spun twine and a signature gifted seal. Each gift also includes a hand-written card of your choice from our exclusive gifted stationery offering. You will have the option to check the add gift wrap box upon checkout.
Can you include a card that I purchased with my gift instead?
Of course! We are happy to write a hand-written note in any card you pick from our shop. Please add the desired card to your cart and add a note in the comments before checkout. This option is available to you regardless of whether or not you choose to gift wrap the package for no extra charge.
