Returns + Exchanges

General Return Policy

We take great care in curating the products we bring to you as well as examining each piece as they arrive at our HQ. It is our joy to bring new and unique gifts into your home and the homes of the ones you love. If for some reason, you find that the product is not what you expected, we understand. We request that you return your product within 14 days of receipt in its unused condition and original packaging. Once the product is received and examined, we will issue you a store credit or a full refund, excluding shipping. The only products exempt from returns or exchanges are books, magazines, perishable goods and personal skincare. 

All discounted sale items are final sale both on the website and in-store and may not be returned or exchanged.

Clothing Return Policy

If you have changed your mind about your order or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at luriel@giftedftw.com to initiate the process. We will happily accept returns or exchanges that fall within these guidelines:

  • In-store purchases: Clothing items are returnable or eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase in-store.
  • Online purchases: Clothing items are returnable or eligible for an exchange within 14 days starting from the date of delivery at the customer's own cost. The delivery date is determined by the date your tracking information states it was delivered. If your order is shipped back to us outside of the 14 day window, the order is subject to return rejection and will be sent back to you. After 14 days, all clothing items are final sale. 
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in sellable condition; i.e. free of dirt, stains, deodorant, lotions, perfumes, etc.

Clothing Return Policy Exceptions

Clothing that is purchased in-store or online at a discount is final sale only.
All Intimates are final sale— they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding fit or specific measurements. We are happy to help you find the perfect fit!

 

Can I exchange an item if it was sent to me as a gift?

We're happy to review your gift items to see if they are eligible for an exchange or store credit! Please email us at luriel@giftedftw.com with the title "GIFT RETURN" and we'll guide you through the process! Please note that some items are ineligible for return or exchange. The process to exchange your gift must be initiated within 30 days of gift purchase date. 

Pre-curated gift boxes are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom corporate gifts.

Clothing gifts may be exchanged for a different size or style within the same clothing return guidelines listed above. If desired size and style is not currently available, customer will receive a store credit for the gift total if the return is initiated within 14 days. 

When does my store credit expire?

Does money expire? We are happy to honor your store credit as long as you'd like.

Workshops

If you are unable to attend a workshop, a 48 hour notice before the start time of the event is required to be compensated with a store credit.

If you cancel within the 48 hour window of the workshop, the cost of the workshop will be forfeited unless you can find someone to take your place in the event.
