Locally sourced New York sour cherries are cooked with warming spices of masala chai: cinnamon, cardamon & ginger.

• Ingredients: Sour Cherries, Cane Sugar, Dona Chai (Water, Sugar, Ginger, Spices, Black Tea, Molasses, Citric Acid), Lemon Juice, Pectin, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Sea Salt
• TASTE: Complex; tart with soft notes of ginger, cinnamon & spice.
• Brins is a little company owned an operated by women. They believe in fruit & fellow women makers. This jar is made in collaboration with Dona: a small women run company grinding spices and making high quality masala chai everyday in Brooklyn.
