crafted. with Friends

Eloise Miller has grown up with Gifted ever since she was 2 years old when her mom, Esther, first opened the shop in 2017. 

During her tenure at Gifted, she has held many positions such as "Customer Magnet," "Product Model," "Toy Tester," and even "Kids Buyer." Today, as a creative 3rd grader, she has come up with the concept of "crafted. with Friends"--a 6 week Craft Club she will host at Gifted with her mom. 

Designed to build community with local friends and fuel Eloise's entrepreneurial spirit, the fee for enrolling in "crafted. with Friends" goes towards supplies for the club and light snacks. This club is most suitable for Friends between the grades of 3rd - 5th grade. 

crafted. with Friends will take place on Wednesdays between 4 - 6pm during the dates listed below. You may drop off your child as early as 3:45pm. A detailed email of the club will be provided to parents and guardians after your purchase has been made.

Schedule: 

• May 1, 2024: Collage Art 

• May 8, 2024: Forever Flowers

Learn the art of flower arrangement. You will leave with a hand-painted vessel and a one-of-a-kind forever flower arrangement made by you! (Just in time to gift for Mother's Day!)

• May 15, 2024: Make-Your-Own Magazine

We will combine our collage skills, drawing skills, writing skills, and imagination to create a one-of-a-kind magazine published by you! 

• May 22, 2024: Beadtastic! 

Get ready for some fun with beads! From friendship bracelets to bead worms, your imagination is the limit as to what you can create with beads! 

• May 29, 2024: Hair Magic

Do you love to accessorize your hair? We will be using bedazzles and beads to make a set of accessories to turn your hair into a magical showpiece. 

• June 5, 2024: Mixed-Media Mobile

Inspired by artist Alexander Calder, we will learn about balance and use found objects and original artwork to create a mobile sculpture you can hang in your room.
